Sony Ericsson’s XPERIA line of handsets - the first being the X1, will not only run on the Windows Mobile OS, but possibly other platforms as well. Although, it’s not known which platform(s), one could possibly be UIQ 3.3, which was announced back in May of this year. The X1, which is schedule for release on the 30th of this month, will be the company’s first ever handset running on the Windows Mobile OS, it’s wise to assume they won’t switch to another platform right away, for their next XPERIA handset.
